It is unlikely you would be doing it to anyone else. If anything, it would be done to you.

It is rather rewarding if done correctly or in combination with simply 'control' rather than outright 'denial'.

Control means that the 'top' in the scene controls when you are allowed to release. Denial is for scenes where the receiving end is left without the chance to find relief at all.
